At the meeting of the Cambridge Archdeaconry Mission and Pastoral Committee on 10 March 2020, it was agreed that the Patron’s (Peterhouse College) right of presentation to the Benefice of Cherry Hinton should be restored, and the suspension which has been in place since 20 October 2015 should be terminated.  Accordingly, under section 85(4) (b) of the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011, the Bishop of Huntingdon has now signed a notice to terminate the suspension of presentation, which will come into effect on TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER 2020.

It was also agreed at the meeting that the present licensed Priest in Charge, the Revd Dr Karin Voth Harman, should become the Incumbent (Vicar) of the Benefice, subject to the Patron’s approval.
