Worship Services

The Current Plan until the end of August
(Please do not attend if you are showing any of the symptoms of COVID-19) But do rest assured that we will do everything to keep our services and events as safe as possible. All of our leadership team has been vaccinated.

Sundays at 10am:

Cafe Style Church at tables on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month -- bring food if you wish. We will celebrate communion or a christening together in this one hour service.

On the 2nd, 4th and the occasional 5th Sunday of each month, we'll celebrate 'Sung Communion' in a more formal way. Families still welcome, but the service may be a bit longer, and there will be a sermon on these sundays.

Sundays@4 will continue online for the foreseeable future: this short half hour of readings, music and reflections will post at 4 each Sunday on our Facebook page, website and YouTube Channel.

'Takeaway Church' (a pre-recorded online service) will appear on the first Sunday of each month, to our Facebook, Website and Youtube at 8am.

'Summer Sundays at 4' will begin outdoors, behind the church, when the weather warms up -- probably from 16th May. Please bring a chair if you're able! And stay for a bit of a picnic if you can.

Wednesdays:

10am: Holy Communion in Church; a short, calming and reflective form of Communion

Fridays:

10am: Chirpy Cherries Tots service, outdoors now, during term time. All parents/carers with under 5's welcome for a time of singing, story and chat.

Prayer during the Week:

Compline (or Night Prayer) each weekday night on Zoom at 8pm; ask the office or clergy for an invitation.

Morning Prayer on Tuesdays at 8am with Cherry Hinton Baptist via Zoom (see CHBC website for a link) and Thursdays at 9am: contact us for a link.

Church open for private prayer, with public prayers at noon on Saturdays 11-1

The Church is also open for private prayer from 11-4 on Wednesdays (you can use the small door near the churchyard to access the Chancel area of the church without encountering the Food Hub)
